One of my favorite housing communities in the Holly Springs area, Sunset Oaks features the kind of quiet, laid-back atmosphere that many of today’s home buyers crave. Seemingly unmatched when it comes to recreational amenities and the general neighborhood curb appeal, in many ways Sunset Oaks has a unique sense of community that’s not always commonly found in other housing developments or subdivisions found in the area.
Homes in Sunset Oaks started being developed back in 2004, although many still look and feel as if they were only just completed yesterday. Home styles have a traditional design that often incorporates features from the Colonial architectural style, which is among the many aspects of why homes for sale in Sunset Oaks are so popular. In all, Sunset Oaks spans roughly 340 acres and is home to over 500 detached single-family residences. Home builders with a presence in Sunset Oaks include Garman Homes, J. Scott Builders, and Poythress Construction Company just to name a few, but the list certainly doesn’t stop there. Community amenities at Sunset Oaks in Holly Springs include multiple swimming pools with slides and a sprayground, tennis courts, several community parks, a children’s playground, and even a golf course nearby.
