
Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers is getting ready to launch sales for its newest Triangle area community called Castleberry, according to a recent report from the Triangle Business Journal.

In case you missed it, the town of Garner is reportedly reviewing initial plans for a large residential development that would encompass 325 acres near where Highway 70 and Interstate 40 intersect.
The plan was submitted by Miami-based Lennar and if developed would include a whopping 641 single-family homes and 180 townhouses.
