Details Emerge Regarding Row Homes at the 10 Arros Development in Raleigh

Details about a fabulous new row house project in Raleigh were recently outlined in a post from the Triangle Business Journal, and it’s definitely an eye-catching development that should capture the attention of just about anybody in the market for an attached, upscale living space.
Dubbed 10 Arros, the project is being developed by Raleigh-based Five Horizons Development, while the building site sits over at 533 and 537 New Bern Avenue just a couple blocks east of the Terry Sanford Federal Building and Courthouse.
According to the agent representing 10 Arros, construction for the 10 row homes is expected to wrap up sometime in December, and pricing falls somewhere in between $450,000 and $485,000. Each of the 10 row homes at 10 Arros will include an attached two-car garage, huge windows, open-rail stairs, private rooftop terraces, and just an overall sleek modern look and feel.
Tree of the 10 row homes have already been sold at 10 Arros, so anybody interested in the development should act fast if they’re hoping to secure one of these sweet new living spaces.
